Virtual Tour Guide

  1. Registration Maileris linked to sunclassic.in

  2. If New User==>Click on Register==> Add details ==> You will be directed to the Home Page.

    • You may leave email field blank (It’s optional).

    • Mobile is mandatory.

  3. If already registered==>Click on “Login”.

  4. Enter your registered Mobile/WhatsApp number / Email id ==> You will receive an OTP on your Mobile or EmailID.

  5. Enter OTP received==>You will be logged in

    • Note: OTP will be sent to registered Mobile No.& EmailID as per details entered during registration.

    • OTP generates instantly but occasionally, it may take some time to be delivered due to network, internet speed/bandwidth. In that case, you may have to wait up to 2 minutes and try again.

    • Entering 5 wrong OTPs can block your ID for next 10 minutes. Post that you can try again.

  6. You will be directed to the Home Page==>now click on the round button”Press here to enter Lobby”.

  7. The Virtual Tour will begin==>The page will show loading % (depending on internet-connectivity/ bandwidth)

  8. You will land on the Main Lobby of the Virtual Tour==> click on the door below the ‘Experience Zone’.

  9. The pointer guidewill help you navigate ==> As you enter the ‘Experience Zone’==>Welcome Videoplays.

  10. As in the ‘Welcome Video’ ==>click on the communication panels to view information of your choice.

  11. Have a great experience ==>It’s recommended not to view from older devices (mobile / tabs), latest devices are recommended. If viewing from mobile device, horizontal view mode is recommended. Viewing from laptops will give you better user experience andalso, Internet speed, data bandwidth and connectivity does contribute to seamless viewing.
